Student must be 4 years of age by
September 1, 2025
Required Documentation for Application:
Proof of Age (Birth Certificate)
2 Proofs of Residency (To prove GCSD residency - These will have to be re-submitted at Summer Registration)
Proof of Income - Head Start will be on site
Program Information
- Students must turn 4 on or before September 1, 2025.
- FREE TUITION
- Students who qualify for HeadStart Program are not eligible to participate in the GCSD Pre-K program.
- Students must reside in George County School District and must attend the Pre-K program within their School District Attendance Zone. Proofs of residency must be presented for verification.
- Student daily transportation to and from school must be provided by the parent or guardian.
- Full-day pre-kindergarten program Monday through Friday.
- First Come, First Serve Placements until all positions are filled.
- Registration will take place in June. New current proofs must be submitted at Registration.
